Triangulation is an attempt to control the narrative and create drama in others as the manipulator stands back—a form of passive aggression extending through others to employ guilt indirectly and create a smear campaign to the district. Some people do not try to hide ‘nothing’; they attempt to hide ‘something’.

The subtext in this text shows a link to Gaslighting and Triangulation. Someone believes in one reality and needs others to go along with it to avoid triggers and feedback. They hide deep insecurity, cannot process feedback and see it as criticism, and hide actions and statements that would damage their public reputation, so they do it to others to avoid accountability. A Personality Disorder will eventually expose itself to those who are educated to what is hiding in plain sight.

If necessary, learn about going ‘No Contact’ - “Have you got an exit plan?” In some situations, it is best to let parties know you are going No Contact; in other matters, going No Contact has no warning as it can cause a person's personality disorder to double down. A person's childhood is not your childhood; do not let it be a trauma bond as what is unprocessed and unhealthy for one will be unhealthy for two if it is Projected, Delusional, Passive-Aggressively justified.
