Sleep

Summary: We need sleep. How we sleep is key to health, mental health, interaction with other people, and keeping on top of our lives. All athletes know that the body and mind grow stronger not when performing or training, it is when they rest before pushing the comfort zone in a cycle or a week or a month.

Without sleep, our systems, cycles, and awareness change and not for the better. Knowing how to give the mind, brain and body what it needs at the right time with structor is vital.

A research essay will follow shortly… there is more to sleep than meets the closed eyes.

Weight change, organ function, brain flush, trauma processing, anxiety, relationship reminders, disturbance in foundation, job/career change, financial responsibility. The circadian rhythm is out of balance.

The usual suspects are blue light, eating late, caffeine, working late, and no transition into a relaxed flow state.
